I begin by saying God is who you say He is to you and responds the way you trust Him to; so it is as you say it is.
Jeremiah knows that nothing is too hard for God to handle: he verbalizes it in Jer 32:17, “Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You”, and God honors his statement.
Now when he lodges his complaint to God in 32:24 he states, “Look, the siege mounds! They have come to the city to take it; and the city has been given into the hand of the Chaldeans who fight against it, because of the sword and famine and pestilence. What You have spoken has happened; there You see it!” God responds to him according to the faith expressed in 32:27. God tells him, “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?”
Further, God says in 32:37, “Behold, I will gather them out of all countries where I have driven them in My anger, in My fury, and in great wrath; I will bring them back to this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely.”
Therefore, if you believe that God can gather back unto you all that you have lost, He will, because God does not lie (Num. 23:19).
If you believe that He will rejoice over you to do you good (32:41), yes He will, because God’s words do not return to Him empty (Isa. 55:11).
If you believe that He will answer you when you call, He will (33:3). Don’t give up, keep praying and God will do the impossible. Elijah prayed and the impossible was done (James 5:16-18).
If you believe He will bring you health, yes He will (33:6)
If you trust God will restore to you the years you have lost, then He will (33:7). It does not matter under what circumstance the loss came or how long ago it happened, Jesus can bring everything back to you (Joel 2:25).
Do you believe your terrible sins can be forgiven, sure, God is willing (33:8). I do not know what sin the paralytic committed but Jesus forgave him (Mat. 9:1-6). This is to say that Jesus is able and willing to forgive your sins now if you believe it.
Do you believe that a place that has been called desolate can be inhabited again and full of joy? Yes it is going to happen to you (33:10-11)
In Gen 18:1-14, God states that nothing is too hard for Him. He gives a child to a woman who is already ninety years old (Sarah). I know of a woman who gave birth after age 50 and I thought it was biggest surprise yet, only to hear now that God has given another woman of age 64 the ability to conceive. What can our God not do? Nothing.
Believe that God will bring His promises to pass, because God is not a man that He should lie; continue in your prayers, because your prayers will avail for you; continue in praise to His holy name, because He never fails; you will see God doing the impossible for you. When His glory is revealed in your life, it will be as if you are dreaming.
